Founded in 2009 by Petrit Sinani and Shpend Thaqi, SACH L.L.C. operates two well-known brands in Kosovo: Sach Pizza and Sach Caffe. Over 15 years, the company has grown from a small pizzeria to a multi-million-euro business with 25 locations across 3 Balkan countries, employing over 600 people. Sach Pizza offers a variety of fast foods, while Sach Caffe provides a range of beverages and desserts. Both brands are sometimes combined into hybrid locations.
SACH L.L.C. is a market leader due to its integrated marketing strategy, efficient processes, and innovative products. The company is also committed to social causes through the Sach Foundation, supporting various community initiatives.
Our vision is to connect people and families by offering quality products and unmatched convenience. We aim to expand throughout the Balkans and Europe, inspiring communities along the way.
SACH L.L.C. also operates a dedicated training center that supports staff development in new gastronomic innovations, equipping employees with the skills needed to maintain a competitive edge in the food industry.
OUR STORY
This is a picture of our first shop established in 2009. Our humble shop had a space of approximately 30 square meters. Symbolic to our growth is that today we have built the kitchen of one of our current branches in the same area where our first shop was located – at the heart of Prishtina.
After the success of the first shop, Sach Pizza moved its location to a nearby store that was five times bigger than their initial shop. Shortly afterward, Sach Pizza opened its second store in the largest shopping mall in the city.
Given the success of our first locations, we created a hybrid concept and opened the first location of Sachcaffé – integrating a whole new range of products that were fundamentally different from what Sach Pizza initially offered.
SACH L.L.C. innovated by introducing its first hybrid concept that combined Sach Pizza and Sach Caffe under one roof. This concept was well-received and added a new dimension to the company’s brand offerings, blending dining experiences in a unique way.
The hybrid concept proved successful, leading to its introduction at the Royal Mall in Pristina, Kosovo. This expansion highlighted the brand’s ability to adapt and innovate in different market environments.
SACH L.L.C. took a significant step by going regional, opening its first city concept in the Republic of North Macedonia. This move marked the beginning of the company’s regional expansion strategy, establishing its presence beyond Kosovo’s borders.
The company continued to grow by expanding with three new chains in North Macedonia and Kosovo. This expansion solidified SACH L.L.C.’s position as a leading regional player in the food and beverage industry.
SACH L.L.C. further strengthened its international presence by entering the Albanian market with a new chain of stores. This expansion was a crucial part of the company’s strategy to cover the entire Balkans, reinforcing its role as a market leader.
